Who we are

Get to Know the Experts Behind Reaper Bird Control.

Reaper Bird Control Ltd is a professional pest control company based in Suffolk that specialises in bird management for both domestic and commercial properties across the UK.
Reaper Bird Control Ltd is a registered member of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), with all staff members having active roles at the BPCA including being members of the Professional Standards committee, the Technical Committee and Bird-Wise (SIG).

Reaper Bird Control Ltd was founded in early 2025 by Carl and Craig Hoult, two brothers who have over 20 years combined experience in pest management, specifically bird control.

Technical Experience

Despite Reaper Bird Control Ltd being less than a year old, both Directors have many years in bird management and many years of supporting the wider pest industry with their work at the BPCA.
Before Reaper Bird Control, Carl Hoult was UK Technical Director at OCS Pest Division for over 50 technicians and support staff and before then was Head of Technical Operations at the very excellent Abate Pest Management Ltd before it acquisition to OCS in 2024.

Craig Hoult started in pest control in 2019, working for Abate Pest Management Ltd. His first year was spent in central London as a footmen technician during Covid then returned to Norfolk to develop his skills in bird management and has worked on every significant bird projects for Abate or OCS during his time there.

Reaper Bird Control Ltd was established in 2025 by the Hoult Brothers (Carl & Craig) who identified what was the most important aspects and values to them as individuals for making a company that is part of the service industry.
